Product Shipment
We ship all products to you by USPS, UPS, Fed Ex, Ground/Air or truck carrier. We make every effort to ship your package(s) as quickly as possible, usually within the very same business day. However, at the very latest your product(s) should be processed no later than 1 - 3 business days. In the event of a product backorder and we can not ship your product, you will be notified within 1 - 3 business days of your order. It is our duty to make every effort to ensure your product is shipped as quickly and efficiently as possible. For this reason, we always reserve the right to use whatever carrier we deem appropriate to ensure quality delivery. Once your product has been shipped from the manufacturer or our warehouse you can expect your product(s) to arrive within 3-14 days for “standard ground shipping”. If multiple products are ordered, you should expect your products to arrive at different intervals. Their maximum weight is 150 Ibs. and the maximum size is 130”. In cases where the items exceed the shipper's maximum size, we will ship by a freight carrier. Items shipped by freight carriers will take more time to arrive than anything shipped by common carrier. For truck carrier deliveries, only sidewalk delivery service is provided. In-house deliveries and special lift gate delivery service is at extra cost. Call our service department for price quotations. Refusal of truck deliveries will result in a chargeback to your account for both the arrival and return freight costs, plus any incurred storage costs at $20 per day or the actual cost whichever is greater. In addition, there must be an adult over the age of 18 years at home to sign and receive the goods. If there is never anyone home during the day we suggest that we assign your delivery to your workplace or to a neighbor or friends home instead. The customer shall be responsible for the cost and safe shipment of all product(s) resulting from any authorized return or exchanged of a previously purchased product(s) through Keg Outlet.
Keg Outlet is not liable for any damage or lost shipments when a customer arranges their own shipping method or freight pickup. Any lost or damaged packages are 100% on the customer and their provided carrier.

Damaged Shipments
Packaging Damage
Prior to signing for your order please make sure to inspect the packaging for any signs of damage. If any substantial damage is present that you feel may have affected your item please refuse the shipment and Do Not Sign the Delivery Receipt. Once the order is refused, please contact us promptly at support@kegoutlet.com so we can complete the claim and process a replacement order.
If the damage to the package is minor and you feel your order has not been affected you can still accept the shipment but you shall make sure to note the delivery receipt with the exact nature of the damage and write on the delivery receipt “Subject to Concealed Damage”.
Concealed Damage
Immediately after receiving your order open and inspect your item for any signs of “Concealed Damage”. In the event that you encounter any damage contact the carrier immediately to report the damage. The shipping company shall be contacted and you must fill out and submit a product exchange form found on our website: www.kegoutlet.com. You can find this form by visiting our home page; click on the link that states “Rebates, Warranty & Returns”, then click on “Exchange Goods Authorization Form” (EGA), fill out and submit no later than 48 hrs after receipt of the shipment. You will need to retain your copy of the delivery receipt as well as all of the original packaging materials for proper claim documentation. If possible digital photos should also be taken to further support any claims. Once you have contacted the shipping company, please contact us promptly so that one of our Customer Support Specialists can assist you and we can complete the claim and process a replacement order.
Return / Exchange Policy
At Keg Outlet, we make every attempt to accurately describe and picture the products that we sell to eliminate the wrong products being ordered. Despite our best efforts, there are still times when items must be returned or exchanged, below you'll find our return and exchange policies.
Wrong Product(s) Ordered / Decide Not To Keep Product(s)
Keg Outlet makes every attempt to accurately describe the products that we sell and clearly state their intended use and application. In the case the wrong part is ordered by the customer or if the part is no longer wanted, the customer must contact Keg Outlet within 30 days of receiving the item to request a refund or exchange. Any costs incurred by Keg Outlet for unauthorized shipment refusal and without first obtaining a return authorization from Keg Outlet will result in those costs being deducted from any refunds or store credit that the customer is entitled to. After 30 days have passed from the delivery date of the item, all sales are final. To return the product(s) the customer must obtain an approved return authorization and ship back all item(s) via prepaid standard ground shipping in their original packaging with 100% of the original contents. Items sent back without prior approval will be refused. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on any order that is returned for a refund, or 10% restocking fee items returned for store credit. Shipping charges are non-refundable including actual shipping costs incurred by Keg Outlet with any "Free Shipping" or "Flat Rate Shipping" offers. Additional fees may be charged for any missing parts, damage to the item, or is not in a resalable condition. No returns on any products that have been used or are not in their original packaging!
Damaged or Defective Products
All items are shipped to the customer in good condition. However, mishandling by the shipper can cause products to arrive damaged. Product defects may become apparent when the customer inspects the shipment received. These defects must be clearly described to Keg Outlet and pictures may be required to verify the reported defects in order to authorize a return. It is strongly recommended that all items be inspected for damage or defects upon receipt. In the case damaged parts are received, the customer must contact Keg Outlet within 3 business days to report the damaged items. After 3 business days, all claims of damaged or defective parts will be refused. Keg Outlet must be notified of defect or damage before the product is used in any way. The shipping damage claim will be filed with the shipper by Keg Outlet or Keg Outlet's supplier who shipped the item directly to the customer. Once Keg Outlet has confirmation that the shipping damage claim has been filed with the shipper and/or confirmed that the product(s) have left defective from the product’s carrier, Keg Outlet will issue a pre-paid shipping label from the carrier and customer will drop off the package at a local shipping hub for the shipping company. Keg Outlet's decision to ship out replacement products prior to receiving finalizations or verdicts on any damage claim associated with shipping will be done solely at the discretion of Keg Outlet. Please note that on international returns, Keg Outlet will not be responsible for any return shipping costs. Any authorized return shipment to Keg Outlet that incurs shipping damage will have a shipping damage claim filed with the corresponding shipping companies. All refunds to be issued will be temporarily postponed until such damage claims are settled with that shipping company. If it is determined that the damage to the return shipment was not caused by the courier, then the customer will not be entitled to any refunds and the item can be shipped back at customers’ expense. In the event that an item is received defective, the customer must file warranty claims directly with the manufacturer unless instructed otherwise by the manufacturer. Keg Outlet will be happy to assist customers with any warranty claims processes with the manufacturer, however, the manufacturer and only the manufacturer has the sole discretion on warranty claims and resolutions. If the customer decides to not keep the product instead of receiving a replacement because it is damaged, defective, and/or lost in transit, a 15% restocking fee will be applied for the return as this will then be considered a return under the conditions of "Decide Not to Keep Parts” or 10% restocking fee for store credit. Any costs incurred by Keg Outlet for unauthorized shipment refusal and without first obtaining a return authorization from Keg Outlet will result in those costs being deducted from any refunds or store credit that the customer is entitled to. All shipping charges to be included with any refund will be null and void if Keg Outlet's Return Policy is violated in any way.
Incorrect Products Received (Shipping Error)
Keg Outlet makes every attempt to ship all orders quickly and accurately. Occasionally, a mistake is made and the customer receives an incorrect item or product. It is required that the customer verify that all delivered items match the Sales Order before using any items. If the product has been used in any way, the customer now owns the product and it is non-returnable. In the case incorrect parts are received, the customer must contact Keg Outlet within 15 days to report the error. After 15 days all sales are final. If the error is verified by Keg Outlet, an exchange for the correct part will be processed. The customer must obtain an approved return authorization from Keg Outlet and ship back all incorrect item(s) in their original packaging with 100% of the original contents prior to Keg Outlet sending out the replacement product(s). Keg Outlet will not ship out the correct merchandise until confirmation of receipt of the product is acquired by Keg Outlet, the customer may opt to place a deposit which is 100% of the cost of the item in order to expedite the shipment of the correct product. Once the return shipment is received Keg Outlet will issue a full refund for the additional purchased product. If the customer decides not to keep the product instead of receiving a replacement because it is damaged, defective, incorrect, and/or lost in transit, a 15% restocking fee will be applied for the return as this will then be considered a return under the conditions of "Decide Not to Keep Parts” or 10% restocking fee for store credit. For domestic returns, Keg Outlet will pay the shipping costs. Any costs incurred by Keg Outlet for unauthorized shipment refusal and without first obtaining a return authorization from Keg Outlet will result in those costs being deducted from any refunds or store credit that the customer is entitled to. Any authorized return shipment to Keg Outlet or Keg Outlet's suppliers that incur shipping damage will have a shipping damage claim filed with the corresponding shipping companies. All refunds to be issued will be temporarily postponed until such damage claims are settled with that courier. If it is determined that the damage to the return shipment was not caused by the courier, then the customer will not be entitled to any refunds and the item can be shipped back at customers’ expense. For international returns, shipping costs will be paid by the customer. Items sent back without a return authorization will be refused.
Canceled Orders
In the event that a customer requests to cancel an order (or if an order cannot be fulfilled) a refund will be issued to the original payment method. i.e. payments made via PayPal will be refunded via PayPal, payments made via credit card will be refunded via credit card. See also "Credit Card Fraud & Your Security" below.
Pricing
Keg Outlet believes in developing strong relations with both of its internal and external customers. In order to do that, we strictly adhere to standard pricing that is required by the manufacturers on certain products. This is known as MAP pricing (Minimum Advertised Pricing). The internet has created a frenzy for online retailers to offer products at what the industry has considered “unreasonably low” mark up at a cost to the quality of their customer service. These “unreasonably low” markups have resulted in a burden to the customer, service providers, and the manufacturers when warranty or other issues arise. As a result of this practice, manufacturers have created a pricing standard to ensure that customer’s needs are not neglected, and to preserve the quality of the customer service.
If you find any product that we offer at a lower advertised price in brand new packaged condition from an authorized dealer or reseller, we will match that price. For example, we will not be able to match prices from those products sold from websites like ebay.com, amazon.com, but can match the prices of those resellers who are in compliance with the MAP program. The price match guarantee is good for 30 days from the date of purchase.

For the protection of cardholders and ourselves, orders that appear fraudulent may be held a manual review. If necessary, a representative will call you to verify the order. If we are unable to contact you within a reasonable period of time, the order may be canceled. Manual review may delay the shipment and delivery of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order before it is shipped.
In the event that a refund cannot be made to the original payment method, i.e. credit card number has changed or credit card has been canceled since the order was made, we reserve the right to wait beyond 120 days before issuing a refund via other means.
