BrewBuilt™

A Feature-Packed Kettle at an Amazing Price!  BrewBuilt Brew Kettles come in 10, 15, 22 and 30 Gallon Sizes.

BrewBuilt kettles are here and they are positioned to be your, and your customers', new favorite piece of brewing equipment. These AISI304 stainless steel kettles are purpose built for brewing and have all the features a discerning brewer could want, all at an excellent price point for both your shop and your customer!

These days homebrewers have a lot of strong choices when it comes to their kettle purchase. BrewBuilt has adopted a modern feature set designed to make brew day easier. Silicone handle and lid grips help prevent burns. Etched internal volume markings make filling the kettle for mash or boil simple. Welded valve and thermometer fittings are leak-free and never require maintenance--no more discovering worn gaskets on brew day. The internally threaded valve fitting accepts a wide range of in-kettle accessories. Sealed handle rivets are strong and allow the entire kettle to be filled if necessary. And perhaps best of all, BrewBuilt is excited to introduce an industry first: A pre-notched lid with a silicone plug that allows perfect fitting for immersion chillers or a Fermentap Sparge Arm. These kettles are truly designed for brewing.

Ss Brewtech » Mash Tuns

The InfuSsion™ Mash Tun from Ss Brewing Technologies is targeted at brewers doing infusion mashing in insulated plastic coolers and are looking for a better performing piece of equipment made of 304 Stainless Steel that is purposefully built for brewing. In side by side testing, the 10 gallon InfuSsion Mash Tun showed 5F less of temperature decay over a 60 minute mash as compared to a similarly sized plastic cooler. The InfuSsion Mash Tuns also have a concave recess under the false bottom that has a center located drain that plumbs out to a ½” ball valve. By locating the drain port in the middle we are able to get better uniformity and efficiency through the grain bed versus traditional plastic cooler setups. We are launching first with a 10 gallon model and soon to be followed on by a larger 15 or 20 gallon version. Future upgrade options (that will be retro compatible with any / all InfuSsion Mash Tuns) will include a custom designed sparge arm / assembly as well as a heating module and controller that will enable stabilization of a constant mashing temperature of 155-160F.
