Do I still need to use Quick Cascade Lids with the Nitro Infuser?

Quick Cascade Keg Lids are not necessary when using the Nitro Infuser. It's one or the other.

No, you will no longer need to use Quick Cascade Lids with the Nitro Infuser. The Nitro Infuser utilizes the in-line nitrogenation technique, vs. pre-infusing the keg like done with the Quick Cascade Lids.
