Citrus Draft Line Cleaner for Cold Brew Coffee Applications

Cold Brew Coffee is an acidic product that leaves its mark on draft lines and draft beverage components. If not cleaned on a regular basis cold brew coffee can significantly impact the performance of your draft beverage system, Nitro Infuser and your draft lines. Citric acid is one of the most effective agents for breaking down Cold Brew Coffee proteins and flushing draft line components. We recommend a thourough cleaning of your draft beverage system every 2 weeks following the steps below.

Citrus Draft Line Cleaner Usage Instructions

1. In a keg, dilute 4 ounces of Citrus Draft Line Cleaner with 1-gallon warm water
2. Run through the draft system until the faucet runs clear, close the faucet
3. Let the system sit for 15-30 minutes to allow the cleaner to break down deposits
4. Flush remaining solution through the draft system
5. Run 1 gallon of clean, warm water through the draft system to thoroughly flush
