Clearly Cold is specially formulated for the removal of coffee oils from cold brew coffee preparation and serving equipment. The liquid formulation saves time by eliminating the step of dissolving powder into solution, and ensures 100% solubility. Packaged in a dual-chamber 1 liter bottle that features an easy to use built-in measuring device.

Clearly Cold Usage Instructions

For Brewing or Dispensing Vessels

1. Add 30 ml of Clearly Cold per 4 gallons of water in vessel to be cleaned.
2. Soak for up to 15 minutes.
3. Drain solution.
4. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
5. Complete sanitizing step using Complete Café.

For Use with Keg Systems

1. Add 30 ml of Clearly Cold per 4 gallons of water.
2. Mix solution in vessel to be cleaned.
3. Soak for up to 15 minutes.
4. Flush the solution through the line.
5. Flush the line twice with clean water.
6. Complete sanitizing step using Complete Café.
