This 1/4" MPT (Male Pipe Thread) plug is great to use on any brass or aluminum port to seal airflow. We use on our regulators and air distributors. When using with aluminum we find you sometimes need Teflon tape and a pipe thread sealant like Rectorseal. When using with Brass Teflon tape works fine.
This threaded plug comes with teflon tape already wrapped on the threadings for you, so it is ready to use!
